To book a notary appointment, please email juliaguagliardi@gmail.com and include three dates/times you are available within the timeframe you need documents notarized. Hours of availability include weekdays before 9 am or after 5:30 pm, or weekends anytime. In your booking email please include options for meeting locations near you.

We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected curveballs, which is why we offer flexibility with appointment locations. As long as it's a public place, Julia can meet you there, whether it's a local coffee shop, library, or any other suitable venue.

For each document notarized, we charge a flat fee of $5. To ensure a smooth payment process, we accept cash or Venmo payments. Simply settle the fee at the time of your appointment using your preferred payment method. For Venmo payments, please send the amount to @juliaguag.

It's important to note that while we strive to maintain every scheduled appointment, circumstances may occasionally necessitate changes. In such cases, you will be promptly notified and provided with adequate notice. Your satisfaction and understanding are of utmost importance to us.
